Terms and Conditions:

1. Enrolment in the Program

• 1.1 To become an Ambassador, you must submit a completed application on our website.
• 1.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.
• 1.3 Ambassadors must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

2. Ambassador Responsibilities

• 2.1 Ambassadors may promote On2Cook products through their websites, blogs, social media channels, email newsletters, or other approved marketing methods.
• 2.2 Ambassadors must not engage in any misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
• 2.3 Ambassadors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR and other data privacy laws.
• 2.4 Ambassadors are prohibited from bidding on On2Cook branded keywords in PPC campaigns.
• 2.5 Ambassadors must not use spam or unsolicited promotions to drive traffic.

3. Commission & Payment

• 3.1 Ambassadors will earn a commission on qualified sales made through their unique Ambassador Referral Code.
• 3.2 Commission rates and payment terms will be outlined in the Ambassador portal.
• 3.3 Commissions are paid on a quarterly basis.
• 3.4 Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent will not be eligible for commission.

4. Ambassador Referral Code Usage

• 4.1 Ambassadors can generate their unique referral code for promotions from the dashboard after the completion of Training.

5. Intellectual Property & Branding

• 5.1 Ambassadors may use On2Cook logos, banners, and promotional materials provided through the Ambassador portal.
• 5.2 Ambassadors must not modify or create derivative works of On2Cook’s branding without prior written consent.

6. Termination

• 6.1 On2Cook reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador’s account at any time for violations of these terms.
• 6.2 Ambassadors may also terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice.
• 6.3 Upon termination, Ambassadors will forfeit any unpaid commissions if found in violation of the terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• 7.1 On2Cook is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Ambassador program.
• 7.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Ambassador dashboard or tracking system.

8. Modifications to Terms

• 8.1 On2Cook reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
• 8.2 Ambassadors will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the Ambassador dashboard.
• 8.3 Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

• 9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• 9.2 Any disputes arising from the Ambassador program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
